Mould making
Following the strict specifications of the original Spanish designer’s drawings, the 3D modeling is carried out precisely. Purely by hand, a 1:1 wooden or resin model is meticulously carved out, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the shape and strengthening the texture and three-dimensionality from multiple angles.

HBA has introduced advanced Italian equipment for forging in the tonnage range. By heating copper rods to a high temperature and precisely placing them in the forging mold slots, they are forged once with a force of a thousand tons. The resulting series of artistic switch and socket panels have higher density, are less prone to corrosion, and have more three-dimensional patterns with a richer texture. The high cost is only for the purpose of providing customers with a better experience.
